PMR has recognised the market need for managing Enterprise Projects at a reasonable cost per user. Existing tools are complex to use and expensive both to purchase and use. The majority are based around the planning and resourcing of Projects rather than the Project as a whole.

Project ToolSet helps you create and manage Projects and Programmes/Portfolios. It has been created out of a wealth of experience in the delivery of large, pan-country Projects, Portfolios and Programmes.

It has been designed for all skills/abilities, from those with little or no Project Management expertise/knowledge up to PM Professionals.

A utility is available in the User area for modifying the way dates are presented in both PTSLite and the Excel reports.

Project ToolSet (PTS) is easy to install, quick to learn and intuitive to use. It is an Enterprise, Team product with proven, comprehensive reporting and visualisation tools.

PTS goes back to the basics of Project Management, Business Case  and Deliverables. It has a built-in PM process and methodology derived from current best practice.

PTS treats Projects in a logical fashion by applying a structure around the data. At the implementation level, a project looks like:

PTS helps you create projects using this layered data structure, at each stage in the process drilling down to the next layer for additional information.

The basic Project Create, steps you through creating the Project with simple information on start and finish dates, Project Milestones and Deliverables.

Team Based - PTS has been designed for teams to collaborate and share data.

Automatic Reporting - MS Excel spreadsheets are automatically generated from the database

High Productivity - drives down the Project Management overhead particularly at the Programme Management Office level

New Role Based User Interface.

XML is used as an export medium from PTSWeb, with a client utility available which will convert this output to a standard MS Excel based Implementation Template.
