The heart of Programme Management is ensuring that the expected Benefits
of one or more Projects are actually realised. Even individual Projects
are expected to deliver business benefits and a system/process should be
in place to track and manage these.

Government department. This is designed for tracking both qualitative and
quantitative benefits, including cashable benefits of a major change
