enables emails to be created from web site links without the risk of
SPAM.
e.g.
 is an email
link, but does not embed an email address, it is a link to an external
site which manages the emails.

PMR Systems develops and deploys database
driven web tools using ASP.Net, XML and SQL Server.
The one opposite is for a recruitment company to
pre-select candidates based on their skills.
